Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy: - Daycare cancellations require 48 hours’ notice. - Boarding cancellations require 48 hours’ notice. - Boarding cancellations within 48 hours may be charged for the first night. - Packages are non-refundable once purchased, but may be rescheduled - Early pick-ups do not qualify for refunds. - Holiday bookings are non-refundable.
